I have had the pleasure to work with Kirsty Negus for around 15 years where she was our appointed educator for our colour supplier Schwarzkopf. We have a very large team of 50 from young apprentices to experienced colour masters, Kirsty was responsible for delivering their education on new products, new techniques as well as helping with growing retail sales.

Kirsty has always delivered high quality training to my teams, very clear, organised, professional and precise, my teams absolutely love their sessions with Kirsty. Making her training sessions fun and engaging, I always saw improvements and growth in sales after she had delivered aa training session. Kirsty always went above and beyond setting up quizzes always available at the end of the phone for advice and following up her training with emails to measure the effects of what she had delivered.

Needless to say, we were so disappointed to lose her as our educator in salon, Kirsty will be a great asset to any future employer.

I have known Kirsty in a professional capacity for over ten years. Most of those years Kirsty was our Schwarzkopf colour & retail products educator. Then more recently, luckily, Kirsty was our salon educator when we switched brands to Alfaparf Milano. As a salon the team always got a lot out of Kirsty’s educational visits as she is very knowledgeable & imparts that knowledge in an easily understandable manner. Kirsty not only interacts with stylists and salon staff extremely well but also easily and confidently liaises with salon clients. Kirsty would be an asset to any business she becomes involved with.
